I would be very wary of using this group of people. I had an appt for Monday 11/4 at 8-10AM.They never showed up or called.Today is 11/7 and still no contact.I can't understand why a company would ignore a basic common courtesy to let customers know about appt problems.It takes about a minute to call

I tell you, these guys, Donnie & Chris @Rooterman Plumbing Spartanburg are "GREAT"!I had a water leak on the kitchen floor. They jumped right in and fixed the leak. They cleaned up after the job was completed. Very friendly and approachable if you need answers or have concerns about repairs. They will recommend any other problems they see or need repairs.If you're looking for an honest and skilled technician who doesn't mind explaining the problem you may have.
